Contract IT Support Engineer (US Shift)

Experience Requirements:
5-8 years of IT support or systems support experience
Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows laptops
Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Administration
Experience with MDM tools (Rippling, Intune, Jamf, Kandji)
Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Other Requirements:
Willing to work in the US shift timings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks
CompTIA Security+ and Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificates
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for macOS, Windows, applications, network, VPN, and SSO
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users across multiple regions and time zones
Manage and resolve IT tickets with defined SLAs
Configure and provision laptops and devices using MDM tools
Create, modify and deactivate user accounts across business applications
