Responsibilities:

• Business Planning: Create and execute business and account plans, focusing on solution-based selling to target enterprises to meet sales goals.

• End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close to upsell.

• Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in a consultative sales process around Mage Data as part of their core security infrastructure and operations.

• Big Deals: Own and drive strategic sales opportunities at complex enterprise accounts, building on existing wins and sales pipeline.

• Pipeline Building: Work with marketing, strategic alliances, local resellers, and your network to identify the best leads and prospects and develop and qualify your sales pipeline.

Experience Requirements:

• Has 4-6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a technology or ITeS firm.

• Has experience in onboarding and off-boarding employees.

• Has experience in running appraisals for teams across engineering, GTM, and finance.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up an HRMS and onboarding the entire team of Tune AI to it.

• Setting up company policies and ensuring all relevant systems reflect the same.

• Setting up 360 degree feedback mechanisms for employees and leaders.

• Work with hiring managers to set up an effective onboarding and ramp-up process for new hires.
