Proven experience in the financial sector in a relevant position
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends
Experience working with high-net-worth clients (HNWI)
Demonstrated success in sales
Strong ability to provide feedback and train employees Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
Responsibilities:
Planning and achieving sales targets for the department
Developing and optimizing sales department business processes
Analyzing department performance metrics and KPIs
Managing objections and assisting in closing deals
Attracting HNWI clients, selling investment products and advisory services across asset classes, primarily Private Equity (Pre-IPO), bonds, and structured products Conducting regular client portfolio reviews to ensure risk levels align with planned targets Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure premium service quality Coordinating with the compliance department to ensure adherence to KYC and Due Diligence procedures and standards Recruiting, training, and developing new employees to achieve results Leading team meetings, briefings, and strategic sessions

Responsibilities:
Attracting HNWI clients, selling investment products and advisory services across all asset classes, with a focus on private equity (pre-IPO), fixed income, and structured products;
Designing customized investment solutions and advising HNWI clients;
Conducting regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure, among other things, that the actual level of risk is in line with the planned level;
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to provide a high level of service;
Liaising with the Compliance department to ensure compliance with KYC and due diligence procedures and standards.
