Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in the computer field.
Bachelor’s in computer applications/ IT
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customer facing digital marketing projects. Exposure to loyalty marketing is highly desirable
Project/Program Management experience in the deployment of digital marketing programs
5+ years of experience in a technical service/support environment.

Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to clients

Develop and present proposals, scope of work and final agreements
