Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or a related role, preferably in a startup environment.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production environments.

• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines.

• Manage and optimize the infrastructure required for machine learning workloads, including cloud resources and containerized environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines.

• Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure robust data pipelines and monitor data quality.

• Implement data versioning and storage solutions.

Education Requirements:

• Masters in Computer Science or related tech field OR equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.

• 2+ years of work or educational experience in speech tech (such as automatic speech recognition (ASR), speaker recognition/identification/diarization, emotion classification, text-to-speech).

Responsibilities:

• Experiment with, apply and benchmark new ML algorithms.

• Set up proof-of-concepts and bring those to product.

• Productize cutting-edge research.

• Deploy machine learning code in the cloud.

• Leverage machine learning techniques to build systems which process and derive insights from tons of data points every day.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development.

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for backend development (e.g., Python, C#, Node.js).

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and robust backend architectures that support high-traffic applications and services.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, C#, or Node.js, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend applications and backend systems.
