FAQs
Can I use Trickle for free?
Yes! All new users are offered 14 days free trial on our paid subscriptions, no credit card required. If you choose to continue with our free version after your trial period, you won't ever be charged for using our services.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your free trial of Trickle Standard or Elite, you'll be automatically billed for your first month or first year of the service, depending on which subscription you opted into. Should you choose to cancel your subscription by the end of the 14-day trial, your account will be switched to our Free plan automatically, and you will never be charged unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing to qualified non-profit organizations and start-ups. Contact us
Which payments options are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Paddle.
How do I get charged when I add or remove team members?
When you add or remove team members within a billing cycle you will be charged or reimbursed the corresponding pro-rated amounts.
Can I cancel my paid subscription?
If you no longer wish to use Trickle after having purchased a subscription, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current subscription duration depending on your plan.
Will Trickle work with my organization's calendars?
Trickle currently integrates with Outlook and Google calendars only, with more integrations to come soon. Note that some organizations limit use of third party calendar tools. Please reach out if you need help providing documentation to your IT department to approve Trickle within your organization.
How does Trickle share my data?

Education Requirements:
A bachelor or master degree in computer science, specifically in a ML related field
Experience Requirements:
Hands-on experience setting up and building Machine learning systems, preferably on Google's platforms using Python and tools like Tensorflow
Other Requirements:
A general interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
A willingness to switch roles between Master ML Engineer and coach to the rest of the team
A self-starter attitude - proactive, results-oriented, and unafraid to ask questions or seek help when needed, capable of offerting the same to others
The ability to bring flair and design sensibility into your work - making sure we don't bankrupt ourselves running models would be nice
A sense of humor - this is _really_ important
A decent knowledge of Tensorflow, Python, general best code practices, and integrating AI systems with traditional code bases through service oriented communication patterns
We'd prefer hiring on an employee basis, no freelancers at this time
Great communication skills
A "never give up" mentality
A very good understanding of English, and able to conversationally speak Dutch
A passion for innovation, technology, and building something that will shape the future
Capable of coaching a small team of juniors (and perhaps interns)
