What's your refund policy?
Our refund policy states that the subscription is non-refundable. We offer a free trial to allow users to experience and evaluate services before committing to a paid subscription.
What's the Manuscript feature?
Manuscripts are for long-form texts like audiobooks. A file can be uploaded, and the system handles huge texts (e.g., 70+ hours of audio). Projects are for smaller texts.
What occurs to a manuscript that hasn't been recorded for over 45 days?
The system will permanently delete such manuscripts to optimize storage capacity for active projects.
How much can I change or edit the initial text?
You are allowed to make changes up to 120% of your initial text size. For instance, if your initial text is 2000 characters, you can make changes up to 2400 characters in total.
How is the character limit for changes calculated?
Every time you make a change, the number of characters in the changed text is counted and deducted from your total change limit. For example, if you edit a sentence with 50 characters, 50 characters are deducted.
What happens when I reach the change limit?
Once your changes reach the limit (e.g., 2400 characters for a 2000 character initial text), you will no longer be able to make further changes to the project.
What is project expiration?
Projects are active 30 days after creation. After 30 days, they will be placed into completed status, and you won't be able to make changes anymore.
What are the limitations per project in characters?
The limitation per project is 10,000 characters. You then have approximately 20% to make changes with the visual editor, experimentally allowed 120% characters for corrections.
How do I find premium voices?
All the voices are premium; we don't grade them within the catalog. You'll be able to see some voices marked as an overall pick.
How can I mark voices as favorites?
The system saves the previously used voices and will soon display them at the beginning of the list.
Is Project Editing available?
Yes, there are light-weight and professional editors available; pick the one you like more.
How do I preview the audio?
The recording process assumes the audio is recorded, so there's no preview. However, you're welcome to make changes in the project after the recording.
Can I use multiple voices within the project?
Yes, you can if you have access to the visual editing platform.
Can I use multiple languages within the project?
Yes, you can if you have access to the visual editing platform.
