When I sign up for a free trial, do I automatically roll into a paying contract once my minutes are up?
When you sign up for a free trial, there is no automatic roll-on into a paying subscription with us, and you do not enter your credit card details until you decide to sign up for a subscription.
Do my minutes roll over into the next month?
If you are on a Secure Redact monthly subscription, any minutes that you do not use by the beginning of your next month will not roll over.

Can videos processed by Secure Redact be unblurred?
Each frame of a video is an image. An image is made up of pixels. The process of redaction alters the original pixel data within an image.
What to do if my video has failed to upload or is "stuck"?
If you have an upload error, your video has failed to upload or the redaction is “stuck”, please check that your video is in one of these approved formats
