What is the pricing for Retell AI?
Retell AI offers a pay-as-you-go model starting at $0.07 per minute, depending on the selected voice and LLM configurations. We also offer an Enterprise Plan with reduced rates, custom concurrent call options, and premium support.
Can I connect the agent to my existing phone number?
Yes, you can! Retell supports integration with any telephony system through SIP trunking, making it easy to connect your existing phone number.
What resources does my company need to use Retell AI?
You’ll need one engineer to integrate Retell AI with your systems and create a voice AI agent. The initial setup typically takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Once the agent is set up, ongoing maintenance can be handled by a product manager or similar team member.
How do you calculate the minutes?
Each call rounds up to the nearest millisecond, and the time is accumulated. At the end of the month, we will charge you based on the total time.
If someone is not talking during the call, will you still charge the fee?
Yes, we calculate the entire length of the call because the speech-to-text module continues to operate throughout.
How can I download the invoice and add company details?
You can see the invoice after you paid the billing circle in the billing tab. Make sure you've added the company information before getting billed.
