Software Developer
Massively AI builds AI-powered chatbots for businesses, offering scripted, dynamic, and learning bot options across various platforms.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
Other Requirements:
Experience using most of our tech stack: MongoDB, Angular 2+, Node.js, and Flask
Comfortable with Git workflow including pull requests and code reviews
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Enjoy solving problems
Work autonomously and possess a sense of self-satisfaction
Prior experience building customer-facing SaaS applications is preferred
Practical experience in NLP (semantic similarity, text summarization, text generation, question-answer systems) is preferred
Practical experience using AI/ML frameworks such as: PyTorch, Scikit-learn is preferred
Knowledge of NLP/conversation AI frameworks such as: SpaCy, Hugging Face models, transformers, RASA, wit.ai is preferred
Experience using AWS is preferred
Responsibilities:
supporting the technical aspects of the MAT by Massively platform and client onboarding work
collaborating in building, optimizing, and adding features to the MAT by Massively Platform and chatbot applications for clients
