What payment methods do you accept?
Currently our accepted payment methods are Credit/debit cards such as Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and American Express.
What currency will I be charged with?
Currently our accepted payment currency is USD. You may pay via Card in your currency, but the price will depend on the exchange rate of your bank.
Can I change my plan later?

Do I need to change my plan if I want to add a member?
In order to invite a team member you need to upgrade to Pro.
Is there a minimum seat count for the Call Center plan?
Yes, the Call Center plan typically requires a minimum commitment of 40 seats. If your team is smaller, you may want to explore our AI Meeting Assistant plans or reach out to us at [sales@krisp.ai](mailto:sales@krisp.ai) to discuss other options.
Can we add more seats to an existing team?
Yes, you can add seats to your team at any time during your subscription cycle. The additional cost will be prorated based on your subscription renewal date.
What is the subscription cycle for the Call Center plan?
The Call Center plan is billed annually at a fixed monthly rate.
How should we arrange teams if different users require different Krisp products?
