Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role or within the renewable energy industry
Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
Experience with CRM (we use Hubspot) and data analytics
Other Requirements:
Collaborative spirit both within the commercial team and with the product team
Excellent communication skills, oral and written English and French
Experience or interest in renewable energy
Have the right to work in Norway/EU/EEA
Responsibilities:
Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Glint Solar through communication and customer education.
Driving retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
