Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering

• Proven experience with on-premise infrastructure management as well as public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, or CircleCI

• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing in both cloud and on-prem contexts

Other Requirements:

• Experience with hybrid workload orchestrators (e.g., Anthos, Azure Arc)

• Knowledge of observability best practices and tools like Open Telemetry

• Familiarity with policy-as-code tools like OPA/Gatekeeper or HashiCorp Sentinel

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient CI/CD pipelines for on-prem, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hybrid environments

• Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi

• Oversee container orchestration and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and other relevant platforms

• Lead configuration and monitoring of infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar tools

• Implement security best practices in infrastructure and deployment pipelines (DevSecOps)

Education Requirements:

• Chartered Accountants

• MBA from top university

Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 Years

• 4-5 years of Corporate experience

Other Requirements:

• MIS reporting & annual plans management

• Good in Accounting Standards - Gaap and IndAS

• Good understanding of direct and Indirect taxation

• Good in Tally,ERP

• Excellent MS office skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accounting as per Indian Accounting Standards, Schedule III of Companies Act and Management Accounting

• Book closure, preparation of financial statements and MIS

• Analysis and preparation of data for payment & filing returns of GST, TDS, PT, EPF etc.

• Compliance of Company law, Customs, FEMA, RBI, International taxations, MSME regulations

• Inter branch/ business segments and Promoters/ Directors a/c reconciliation

Education Requirements:

• BSc/BA/BE, or a related discipline with relevant experience.

• Professional System administration / IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 3-6 years - Network administration, or system administration experience

• Good experience in handling Google Workspace, VPN, Firewall, AD etc

• Good experience in handling IT support vendors

• Prior experience of working on ISMS, GDPR & SOC 2 guidelines of IT Infra and security

• Ability to work independently and apply analytical skills

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms

• A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans

• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

• Provide desktop support to the employees and manage the IT helpdesk

• Install and configure software, VPN, Endpoint security, Active directory, and hardware.

• Manage network, Set up accounts and workstations

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and outages

• Apply operating system updates and configuration changes.
