We have real-time integrations with academic systems, simplifying the efficient data synchronization process and eliminating the complexities of data transfers and uploads. We have extensive experience integrating with Banner and have pre-built APIs. We are also partners with Ellucian.

What is your data protection and disaster recovery strategy?
Data transmitted between our servers and users is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We have robust access controls, such as Multifactor Authentication (MFA), for cloud provider and code repository access. We use role-based access control in AWS and GitHub, and AWS monitors for suspicious activity. Regular backups are performed, with disaster recovery plans to limit information loss. Our infrastructure is codified for quick restoration. We have agile scaling mechanisms for unexpected demand and emergency response procedures.
How was the integration with the Universidad Católica de Colombia's academic system carried out?
Integration used Darwin's APIs to transfer enrollment projection, planning, and registration data from the SIS to Darwin, and planning and student enrollment information from Darwin to the SIS. Data integration frequency was agreed upon, with on-demand mechanisms to activate integrations as needed.
