How do I change the deck name?
After uploading the deck, on deck summary screen, click the Set Display Name Icon in upper-right corner following the current deck name. Fill in the new deck name in the box and click
How do I change the deck link?
After uploading the deck, on deck summary screen, system will provide a default deck link automatically. Click the Edit Button following the current deck link. Then you can change to new deck link with at least 6 or more alphanumerical characters.
How do I share the deck to Twitter or LinkedIn?
On the deck summary screen, click Share on Twitter/Share on LinkedIn Button. Follow the steps to authorize to log in with Twitter/LinkedIn account. Also, when viewing a deck, click on the Share Icon in upper-right corner then click the Share on Twitter/Share on LinkedIn Button. Follow the steps to authorize to log in with Twitter/LinkedIn account.
How do I embed the deck to a website?
On the deck summary screen, click the Share to Website Button. Then copy and paste the pre-generated code to your website. Also, when viewing a deck, click the Share Icon in upper-right corner then click the Share to Website Button. Then copy and paste the pre-generated code to your website.
What devices can my audience use to view the deck?
DeckBird takes care of optimizing the viewing orientation, size, and resolution so it fits nicely on desktops, laptops, and smart phones.
How can I set my deck to private view only?
On the deck summary screen, switch off the Public Deck control, and the deck is set to private view only. Your audience needs to log in to view your deck, and you will be able to see their info.
How can I set the password to protect my deck?
On the deck summary screen, switch off Public Deck control and the deck is changed to private view only. You can set up the password to protect you deck. Once set, viewers need to log in and provide the password to view the deck.
How can I collect viewer info?
You can set your deck to private view only and viewer info will be collected. When viewer is logged in while viewing your deck, their info will be collected as well.
How can I find out who has viewed my deck and when?
Viewer information and last viewing time are automatically collected and you can find out the details at the deck summary page.
How can my audience post questions about the deck?
Your audiences can post their questions at Comment Section in lower-left corner while viewing the deck. You can answer their questions directly at Comment Section as well. All comments are public.
How can my audience send private messages to me?
Your audiences can click the Send Private Messages icon on the menu bar besides your profile photo at upper-right corner and send private messages to you. You can check out the messages and write back to your audiences in the Messaging Section of DeckBird Backend.
How many types of Audio Curation does DeckBird.ai support?
DeckBird.ai supports 3 types of Audio Curation: 1.AI Audio: enter text to generate AI Voice. 2.Upload Audio: choose existing audio file and upload 3.Record Audio: record the audio directly from within the browser
How to record real time audio to my deck?
On the deck editing screen, click Add Audio Icon, then Record Audio Button. You will see audio recording control on the bottom of the page. Click Start Icon and real time audio recording starts. You can Pause, Preview, and Save the recording as you wish.
How to upload audio curation to my deck?
On the deck editing screen, click Add Audio Icon, then Upload Audio Button. You can choose the existing audio file in your computer and add to your deck. Audio file formats in .mp3 and .wav are supported.
