Education Requirements:

• Manage and administer Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other associated tools

• Implement and maintain user accounts, licenses, and security groups within the Office 365 environment

• Configure and manage mailboxes, distribution lists, and other mail-related components

• Facilitate the seamless integration and adoption of collaboration tools like Teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the organization

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to messaging, file sharing, and other collaboration features

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Office 365 environment, leveraging tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Office SDK

• Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements

• Create, configure, and manage Exchange servers on-premises and in Azure

• Implement best practices for Exchange server administration, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Build independent/stand-alone or Microsoft Office-specific Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
