Can I use my photos anywhere?
Yes! You own your new photos, use them as you please! Our full commercial license grants you complete ownership, allowing you to showcase your pictures on your social media, website, business cards, and beyond!
What images should I upload for the best results?
Don't stress about looking flawless in your photos, it's the diversity and quality that matter most. We need 8 images for the training. We recommend uploading a total of 6-7 chest-ups and 1-2 half-body shots. Vary your facial expressions, settings, backdrops, and angles for a well-rounded representation. Keep makeup minimal and feel free to include swimwear or underwear shots – just steer clear of nudity.
Is my data secure?
Your data is securely stored on our servers and cloud services that we use by our trusted, highly secure third-party partners. Most of our partners are located in the USA and Europe. You can learn more about our sub-processors in the legal section.
Can I request a refund for my purchase?
Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 7 days, provided that the AI has not been trained with your input. If the model has been trained using your photos or the 7-day period has elapsed, refunds cannot be granted. Consult our Terms of Service for additional information.
Which image file types can I upload?
You can upload images in JPEG, JPG, PNG, AVIF, GIF, TIFF, and WebP formats to our platform. For any assistance or queries, please contact us at support@betterpic.io.
Is it possible to request Manual Edits for my headshot photos?
You can make unlimited requests for edits to your AI-generated headshots at $8 each. These edits can range from fixing clothing errors, eliminating dark circles for a rejuvenated look, to reducing expression lines for a smoother facial appearance. Just contact our support with your specific editing needs. Typically, edits are completed within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity and current workload.
Can I request a Redo for my headshot order?
Yes, if you're not completely satisfied with your AI-generated headshot, you can request a redo. Each redo is priced at $10. This option allows you to generate a new order using the same package selected for your previous order. If desired, you can also upload new photos for this new order to ensure the headshot meets your exact needs.
Who owns the pictures?
You. We give you full commercial license and ownership of your photos. Your photos are used solely to train our AI model. In addition, we offer the "Delete" option so that you can delete the data permanently from our servers.
Do the headshots look real enough to use?
Certainly! The majority of our users, ranging from 85% to 95%, are happy with the headshots they receive. Even if you only find 20% of the photos really appealing and natural looking, you will still have a substantial selection to choose from.
Will my payment information be safe?
Rest assured, we rely on Stripe for processing payments, ensuring that your credit card details are never stored by us and always secure on our website.
