How extensive is the IT process?
Implementation needs no IT resources. We're GDPR-certified for IT security, a Microsoft partner using SSO and Azure cloud.
Is high data quality needed for the AI assistant?
No. Generative AI handles unstructured data (emails, PDFs, etc.). Our algorithms enhance your data.
Does it automate operational procurement or is it strategic?
We free up procurement for value-added tasks. A special AI copilot analyzes offers, contracts, and markets for strategic support.
How is data privacy handled?
We're Munich-based, GDPR-compliant, and Dataguard-audited. Our EU servers host all services; Microsoft Azure Europe hosts GPT-4, ensuring GDPR compliance and no OpenAI data access.
Does askLio require process changes?
askLio acts as an intelligence layer on your existing system. It adapts to your processes; you continue working as usual. We seamlessly integrate with P2P/ERP systems (Coupa, SAP) and Microsoft Teams.
How does the AI ensure correct decisions?
We use RAG for relevant data and prevent hallucinations. We combine standard LLM models with intelligent algorithms and RAG before using company data.
