Is it possible to schedule a vehicle in advance?
Currently, we do not offer the functionality to pre-book vehicles.
Can I cancel a vehicle request?
Yes, you can cancel your request before the vehicle arrives. Frequent cancellations may affect your service.
Why is there no available vehicle?
If a vehicle is unavailable, it may be because all vehicles are in use, no vehicles are nearby, or due to an incident. Try again later.
How are TAP! fares paid?
The payment process is automated upon exiting the vehicle after successfully registering a credit or debit card.
How can I register a payment method?
For payment, only credit and debit cards are accepted. You can register up to 5 cards.
I'm worried about autonomous vehicles passing through children's safety zones.
To ensure safety, autonomous driving is not permitted in these areas; instead, a safety driver manually operates the vehicle.
Is autonomous driving used for the entire route?
Safety drivers are present and intervene when necessary, taking over manual driving in situations such as departures and arrivals in complex areas, potential hazards, and zones where autonomous driving is prohibited.
How can I check the vehicle's arrival?
The app provides real-time updates on the vehicle's location and estimated arrival time; push notifications are also available. Make sure to check your notification settings.
Can I disembark at a different stop?
You must use the designated drop-off location initially selected in the app; sudden stops en route are not permitted.
What is TAP!?
Yes, this is our integrated mobility platform for hailing autonomous vehicles. Passengers can enjoy safe, comfortable autonomous driving across a variety of urban environments.
How are vehicles dispatched?
TAP! uses an advanced algorithm to select the fastest available vehicle to reach your designated starting point.
I have an outstanding payment. What should I do?
If a payment remains outstanding, you can complete the process by re-entering the app. Note that unpaid balances may restrict future TAP! use.
Does TAP! have insurance?
Yes, TAP! is insured against any accidents that may occur during passenger transportation services.
What if an accident causes me to exit the vehicle early?
If you experience an incident that requires you to disembark prematurely, no fare will be charged.
What are the restrictions on child passengers?
Children under 6 are not permitted, and children aged 6-13 require adult supervision.
