Business Analyst

Education Requirements:
Degree in Economics
Management Engineering
Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience
Knowledge of sales and distribution processes in IT consulting
Previous experience in the role or similar
Experience in implementing end-to-end application solutions (from analysis to go-live)
Other Requirements:
Availability to travel within Italy
Knowledge of Stealth application (processes and functions) and fashion industry processes is a plus
Good knowledge of English is preferred
Responsibilities:
Define and make efficient business processes, functions, procedures, and workflows through consistent modeling techniques
Conduct workshops with business functions involved in sales and distribution processes
Collect and formalize requirements expressed by business managers, process owners, and operational users of the information system, evaluating primary needs, feasibility of possible improvements, and evaluation of impacts on business systems
Communicate with ICT personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of information flows, the efficiency of existing solutions, and the system management of proposed new solutions
Assist clients and users in defining service levels and system acceptance tests, taking responsibility for appropriate quality assessments
