Responsibilities:

• Manage a multimillion dollar portfolio maintaining NRR above target

• Drive active usage through high-impact training and materials

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Technician or Mechanic role

• Experience in Mining, Construction, Mechanical, Automotive, or other Industrial fields

• Hands-on experience with electrical systems, including rework and splicing

• Ability to use electrical test instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)

• Comfortable working from technical drawings and schematics

Other Requirements:

• Proficient with computers (email, chat tools, spreadsheets, documentation)

• Comfortable using power tools and performing mechanical assemblies

• Physically capable of performing field work, including lifting, climbing, and working on heavy equipment

• Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Measuring and integrating mechanical and electrical components

• Installing and optimizing on-equipment systems and network infrastructure

• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues

• Supporting new vehicle, control station, and network deployments

• Performing routine maintenance and service visits

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in source code control systems such as SVN, Git

• Analysis and design skills using formal methodologies

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge in Microservice architectures and RestAPI

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka preferred

• Relational database experience, Oracle preferred

• Primary Skill: Order Management
