Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of one year experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, KORE, Archtics, SQL, Excel, and Tableau

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, R/Python, ETL a plus

• Ability to work extended hours including holidays and weekends

• Ability to work in office and arena environment

Responsibilities:

• Support the tactical administration of ticketing CRM

• Support initiatives to acquire and manage new fan data

• Establish a healthy lead universe with sales and marketing teams

• Coordinate data integration with various vendors

• Identify KPIs and methods for CRM and BI strategy

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or DevSecOps Engineer

• 2+ years of experience in US Government classified networks

• Experience with GitOps, Terraform, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Other Requirements:

• Active US DoW or Intelligence TS/SCI clearance

• CompTIA Security+ Certification

• MUST be on-site at MacDill AFB
