Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or similar role in a pastry or bakery setting.

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and decoration.

• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative flair with a passion for innovation in pastry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and finish cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure all products meet the brand’s visual and taste quality standards.

• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and hygiene regulations.

• Assist in the onboarding of new team members, guiding them through standard operating procedures.

• Ensure consistency in production and presentation of baked goods.
