• Translate customer problems & business goals into prioritized product requirements

• Write scopes/specs and manage JIRA

• 3+ years of experience designing software products

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

• Interest in how data informs design

• Genuine interest in gaming, AI, or coaching

• Ability to explain design rationale clearly

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end design from requirements to polished prototypes

• Create cohesive UX flows focusing on activation and onboarding

• Collaborate on research and support usability tests

• Adapt winning patterns for new verticals
