• 4+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS environment

• Experience with HR technology platforms (HCM, HRIS, ATS, CRM)

• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

• Experience working with third-party vendors and integration partners

• Experience managing implementation projects for companies with 10,000+ employees

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

• Experience with project planning software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.)

• Excellent facilitation and leadership skills

• Ability to work from Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL office (strongly preferred)
