Education Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations

• Develop and improve operational and management reporting

• Prepare financial reporting in compliance with GAAP

• Manage general accounting (A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory)

• Manage revenue recognition entries

• Associate’s Degree (Technical) with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering) with 4+ years of relevant experience

• 5–8 years industry experience preferred

• Experience in industrial automation and instrumentation

• Hands-on estimating/pricing experience

• Technical sales exposure

• Experience reading P&IDs and construction documents

Other Requirements:

• Independently motivated with a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop Bills of Materials (BOM)

• Perform take-offs for I/O and instrumentation counts

• Select materials based on project specifications

• Navigate construction specifications and P&ID diagrams

• Attend pre-bid site visits and construction meetings
