Experience Requirements:

• Ensure accounts go live with the right features enabled for business goals

• Execute implementation plays designed to accelerate time-to-value

Education Requirements:

• CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in global, high-growth environments

• At least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

• Confidence navigating multi-country compliance and employee relations

Other Requirements:

• Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or tech industries preferred

• People-first leadership style
