Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years in solutions delivery, customer success, technical support, or a related role within a technology-driven environment

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years in infrastructure or network roles

Other Requirements:

• Strong experience with Linux, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and cloud-native apps

• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. TeamCity, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins)

• Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)

• Knowledge of Azure, Proxmox, and container orchestration is a plus

• Configure and manage Linux servers for high performance and reliability

• Maintain Docker containers and migrate services to Kubernetes

• Guide and support a junior DevOps engineer

• Use Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) to manage environments

• Manage network equipment like routers, VPNs, and firewalls
