Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably coming from psychology or human resources management

Experience Requirements:

• At least having 4 years of working experience in the same functions

• Proficient in English

• Experienced in working for a tech or start up company with similar function

• Experienced in leading and initiating employee engagement and strategic initiatives

• Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders across all levels of the company

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and strategic human resource advice across a range of areas

• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships to achieve effective people strategies

• Identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with other teams

• Provide advice and support for change management initiatives

• Provide expert advice to clients on human resource policies and mitigate risk
