• Prior experience as an Office Manager in a startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of office management, serving as the primary point of contact for the BFL HQ in Freiburg, Germany

• Create and nurture a positive work environment that embodies our company culture and transforms our office into a hub of productivity

• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, including our CEO, Chief of Staff, our research team, and the business teams

• Manage vendor relationships (food services, maintenance, cleaning) and office access

• Streamline office logistics, oversee office inventory, shipping, mailing, and delivery operationsSupport with the organization of company events and activities to strengthen our community
