Experience Requirements:

• Experience administering Gong and/or LinkSquares

• Strong understanding of commercial workflows

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset

• Experience enabling and supporting business users on SaaS platforms

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Operations

Responsibilities:

• Primary system administrator for Gong

• Primary system administrator for LinkSquares

• Own end-to-end administration, governance, and integration of platforms

• Design and deliver enablement programs and training

• Configure call recording rules, trackers, and dashboards

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Science

Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting

• Familiarity with semantic web technologies (RDF, SPARQL, OWL, SHACL)

• Experience with graph databases

• Ability to design integration workflows using APIs

• Experience working with research organizations, funding agencies, or public sector

Other Requirements:

• Reside in the East Coast of the US (EST time zone)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand data challenges and requirements

• Design tailored solution architectures and data flows

• Build and present custom demos using APIs and semantic models

• Lead technical components of proposals and RFX responses

• Collaborate with Sales to support all stages of the pre-sales cycle
