• Develop data models for applications, metadata tables, views, or related database structures.

• Set up database clusters, backup, or recovery processes.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Klear.ai’s solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions to support Klear.ai’s product offerings.

• Collaborate with system architects, software developers, and design analysts to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

• Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and strategies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and user guides.

Education Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Smartsheet, Zoho projects, MS Visio, MS Project, Salesforce, JIRA, GitHub, TortoiseSVN, Ad Hoc Reporting, and Kanban boards

• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related.

• Certified ScrumMaster Certification is required.
