Education Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or equivalent technical experience

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in a customer success role in software or robotics

Other Requirements:

• Very strong communication skills to navigate both internal and customer-facing conversations

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Microsoft equivalents

• US residency (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

• Live in the Boulder/Denver area and ability to be in-office minimum 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Talk with customers to understand their needs

• Collaborate with roboticists and engineers on customer delivery

• Follow up politely but tenaciously with customers to ensure their success

• Assist with proposal writing for new work and follow on engagements
