Education Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ideally a related field with a focus on NLP, ML, or IR

Other Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch

• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, including transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.

• Proven track record of research excellence, demonstrated through publications in relevant conferences and journals

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize information retrieval models and establish a strong retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system

• Be responsible for the research, development, and optimization of cutting-edge models that significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of information retrieval systems

• Play a key role in enhancing the user experience of interacting with generative models

• Explore and address the challenges of multimodality, where the input data may include various formats beyond text, such as images, audio, and video
