How do I sign up?
Simply select your desired plan, sign up for the 30-day $1 trial, and easily link your Amazon advertising data through Amazon's secure interface. Setup is straightforward and fast.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. You will be charged only $1 if you cancel before your 30-Day Trial expires.
What's your refund policy?
We will move mountains to make sure you are happy with Zon.Tools. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, let us know why and we'll refund your $1 Trial fee.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
What are the payment terms?

How is my tier determined?
Your tier is determined by your previous 30-day total account ad spend, billed monthly per account. All accounts are viewable from one login. Discounts for multiple client accounts are available.
What happens if I surpass my tier spend threshold?
You will automatically move to the next plan up.
What countries / marketplaces are supported?
We support all marketplaces supported by the Amazon SP-API, and Zon.Tools consistently updates to include any new markets added by Amazon.
Can I control multiple Accounts or Marketplaces under ONE dashboard?
Yes. While billed separately per marketplace, you can control any number of Seller Central accounts under one Zon.Tools login and unified dashboard with appropriate PPC permissions.
Does Zon.Tools work with AMS or HSA?
No, Zon.Tools currently works only with Amazon Sponsored Products, which is the main ad platform accessible via the Campaign Manager in your Seller Central account.
How do you access my PPC Data?
Our software only needs permission to access the Amazon Advertising API. This API provides far more detailed data than Seller Central reports, but we cannot see product listings or customer data.
Where is my Amazon PPC Data Stored?
Your advertising reports are stored in our secure hosted database with a major database provider. You have the option to perform a full delete, which permanently removes data from our servers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. As long-time software professionals, we prioritize security. We only access advertising data via API permission and do not have access to your Amazon credentials.
