Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.

• Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated creative ability to elevate brand presence through strategic event execution

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute national and regional events (tradeshows, roadshows, customer dinners)

• Coordinate speaking engagements

• Oversee event logistics (booth setup, sponsorships, AV coordination)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Develop and manage customer engagement programs (roundtables, fireside chats, personalized experiences) Manage ZestyAI’s merchandise program Develop multi-channel promotional campaigns (email, social, landing pages) Define success metrics for all events and analyze performance data Support planning and execution of webinars and virtual events

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company

• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Outreach)

• Experience building and executing account-based marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize ZestyAI’s marketing technology stack

• Design and implement an ABM infrastructure

• Establish and enforce governance policies for data quality

• Manage and optimize marketing automation systems

• Oversee the health and accuracy of the marketing database Develop and manage segmentation strategies Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to build and execute campaigns Create and maintain lead scoring models Implement and manage attribution methodologies Own the creation of dashboards and reporting Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis Partner with sales, revenue operations, and customer success teams Train cross-functional teams on marketing automation tools
