How does the Visla Credit System work?
Visla uses a credit-based system with two types of credits: base credits and flexible credits. Base credits are included with each subscription and reset monthly, while flexible credits can be purchased additionally and roll over month-to-month.
What is the Credit Conversion Rate (CCR)?
The CCR determines the cost of purchasing flexible credits and converting unused credits when switching tiers. It is specific to each pricing tier.
How is the Credit Conversion Rate (CCR) calculated?
The CCR is calculated as follows: CCR = Credit Amount / Dollar Amount It varies across different pricing tiers. However, sub-tiers within the same tier share the same CCR.
Can I purchase additional credits if I run out of my monthly base credit?
Yes, Pro and Business tier users can purchase flexible credits at a rate determined by their tier’s CCR. However flexible credits are not available for free tier users.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If your account reaches zero or negative credits, it will be locked, preventing any resource-consuming tasks until you either purchase additional flexible credits or wait for the next billing cycle for base credits to refresh.
Can Free Tier users purchase flexible credits?
No, Free Tier users can only use base credits which are reset monthly on your subscription day.
What happens to my unused base credits if I switch tiers?
Unused base credits are converted to the new tier’s credits using the new tier’s CCR. For example, if you move from Pro to Business, your unused credits are first converted to dollars using Pro tier’s CCR, and then back to credits based on the Business tier’s CCR.
How is the monthly fee for the Enterprise Tier calculated?
For the Enterprise Tier, the monthly fee is calculated based on the agreed CCR in the contract. The formula is: Monthly Fee = Total Monthly Credit / CCR
How many minutes of video can I create with 1000 credits?

Storage credit consumption is charged at 1.25 credits per GB per day for all assets, with no charge if the total asset storage is less than 1 GB. Private stock storage is charged at 0.04 credits per image or video scene per day.
