Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related fields

Responsibilities:

• Prioritise, create and optimize our Lead Generation campaigns with relevant targeting and messaging, using a wide-range of channels and strategies (content, webinars, lead forms, etc.) to achieve the pipeline target.

• Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI.

• Collaborate with Growth, Content, PMM and Creative Teams to build a comprehensive full funnel strategy for our B2B channels, regularly test and optimise to improve performance.

• Utilize and optimize Hubspot to accurately report on Inbound pipeline, campaign and channel performance.

• Kickstart our ABM strategy - utilize your expertise in intent and lead scoring to plan and execute targeted Account-Based campaigns that align with high-priority sales targets.

• B2B/Enterprise Landing Pages: Design and optimize landing pages tailored for B2B audiences, including assets for SEO and marketing pages that elevate the visual appeal and effectiveness of the content.

• Bottom-of-the Funnel Content: Create visual assets aimed at driving conversions and engaging prospects at the bottom of the funnel, ensuring design supports key decision-making points.

• Marketing Emails: Design engaging email visuals to nurture leads, increase click-through rates, and drive conversions.

• Other Marketing Collateral: Develop diverse marketing materials, including graphics for webinars, promotional activities, and in-app notifications to enhance user engagement.
