Can I try Troopr for free?
Yes! Troopr is free to try for 14 days for unlimited users and usage. No credit card required to signup.
How do you count users?
The Standard plan comes with flat pricing per month up to 500 users. For Enterprise plans, pricing is based on total number of users in your Slack workspace. Troopr can programatically fetch the total number of users in your Slack.
Which plan is right one for my team?
Enterprise plans come with unlimited usage and some exclusive features and services. If your team is less than 500 members and features exclusive to Enterprise plan are not important, choose Standard.
Looking for free Check-ins plan?
The free Check-in plan is available once you sign up. Go to Billing page in Troopr web app and choose the Self-service plans section and choose "Starter" plan to activate.
What if we need to extend my trial?
Just let us know at hello@troopr.io, we will be happy to extend.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We integrate with Stripe. For Enterprise, we also support ACH, wire transfer, and other modes of payments.
Is my credit card secure?
It is safe with Stripe. We don’t store your credit card details and use trusted and secure Stripe payment gateway.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you will still be able to fully use your account until the the end of the billing cycle.
Do you have educational, non-profit discounts?
Yes, contact us at hello@troopr.io to present your organization and your needs.
What if I need Troopr in multiple Slack workspaces?
All subscription plans are per workspace. Enterprise plan subscription is per Slack grid, allowing usage in any number of Slack workspaces in your grid with one plan.
