Responsibilities:
Lead the development and fine-tuning of advanced ML models across domains like Reinforcement Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Design and implement effective Hyperparameter Optimization (HPO), cross-validation strategies, and architecture selection processes.
Choose loss functions and optimizers tailored for specific problem sets and ensure models generalize well.
Implement and monitor experiment tracking using tools like Tensorboard, MLFlow, or Weights & Biases.
Develop and optimize training datasets using Hugging Face Datasets and PyTorch. Stay on top of evolving literature and drive new research initiatives that keep us ahead of the curve.
