Can I upgrade my membership plan (web purchase)?
For web purchases, monthly plans can be upgraded anytime; you're charged the new plan's fee, receive full credits, and your billing cycle updates. Annual plan changes are not supported.
Can I downgrade my membership plan (web purchase)?
For web purchases, downgrading is not allowed. You must cancel your current plan and resubscribe to the desired lower-tier plan after your current billing cycle ends.
How do I change my membership plan on the app?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch your membership plan at any time directly through the membership page on our app by simply clicking "Switch Membership".
