How does it work?
MyBot.Chat is using the power of ChatGPT (or LLaMa 3) to train a Chatbot with the data you provide, it can come from a website, PDF documents, plain text content, words, excel or your F.A.Q data. The end product is a Chatbot as smart as ChatGPT that understands your business well and can talk to users on your behalf.

Do I get a refund if I don't like it?
You can try the free plan with limited features to see how you like it before purchase. Once you purchased a plan, you will get to use it till the end of the month. Then you can stop using it. No pro-rate, no full refund.
Are you supporting ChatGPT 5, LLaMa 3 or Phi-3?
As soon as ChatGPT-5 and Microsoft Phi-3 are available, we will support it. Meta Llama 3 70b is available now.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
When you upload your files (pdf, word, excel etc), those files are used to train the chatbot and deleted. For your website contents, text and FAQ, we store it in our secured server so that you can edit and retain the bot later. Our data center is in California, U.S.A.
Should I use ChatGPT or Llama 3? Why does it matter?
Llama 3 is a powerful large language model created by Meta. Unlike other large models that require massive amounts of computing power, Llama 3 is designed to be efficient. Despite its relatively small size (70 billion parameters), it can handle complex tasks like following instructions, reasoning, and even generating different creative text formats. It is comparable to ChatGPT 4 Turbo and cost less.
Is my data private? Is it going to be used by OpenAI or Meta for future training?
Yes, your data is kept private. It is not going to be used by OpenAI or Meta for future training of their LLM. When you decide to delete your data here, it is gone forever, the chatbot memory will be wiped clean, no trace left anywhere.
