Which social media platforms are supported?
Ink Lantern can connect and ingest data from Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. However, we are working to connect to other social media platforms.
What payment methods are supported by Ink Lantern?
Currently, we support only wire transfers and bank deposits in the US. However, we are working to include credit card payments.
What is the PPA brand model?
The PPA Brand Model was designed for trackable brand differentiation and relevance. PPA stands for Promise, Pillars, and Attributes.
What is the difference between Competitor and Benchmark Brands?
Competitors' brands represent the companies that are in your same industry or category. Benchmark brands are those who you admire for their brand storytelling and social media presence.
What is Share of Voice?
Share of Voice shows you the post frequency for each brand relative to the entire category.
What is Share of Engagement?
Share of Engagement shows you the engagement for each brand relative to the entire category.
What is DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) Index?
The DEI Index is measured in much the same way as the above Brand Love, with the exception that we are only evaluating DE&I-related content.
What is Brand Love?
Brand Love provides a high-level view of how attractive each brand is for the category's audience.
What is a good Brand Love Score?
A good Brand Love Score would depend on the competitors and benchmark brands you have selected to track since BLS would be calculated for the audience in your category.
What is Average Engagement per Post?
The Average Engagement per Post shows the total engagement divided by the total number of posts in the calculation.
How many seats per account?
There is no limit on the number of seats. You can have all the seats you need for your brand team.
How many brands can I track in Ink Lantern?
You can choose between two plans Brand Intelligence Suite and Customized Intelligence Suite.
