Do we really get unlimited users?
Yes! You can add as many users as you want to any plan. The free plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost, you just need to make sure you purchase sufficient pre-paid meeting credits.
How are meeting hours (credits) calculated?
Your workspace has a pool of meeting hours that are available for your team's meetings. When you have a new meeting, meeting hours are reduced from your available credits. This is based on time only and it does not matter how many participants there are in the meeting. For example, if you have a 30-minute meeting with five participants, it will consume only 30 minutes from your total meeting credits balance. You only consume credits for the duration of the meeting where Eric.ai is present. This is rounded up to 5 nearest minute interval.

We offer annual discounts. We frequently offer special discounts for educational institutions and charitable organisations. Please contact us for more information.
What is the shared team allowance?
If you are on a paid plan, you will receive a minutes allowance for all users that are part of your workspace. For example, if you have 10 team members on the Pro plan, you’ll have 750 available hours (10 x 75 hours) every month. The shared team allowance can be used by anyone on your team with a subscription, so technically 5 users could use only 8 hours each and the other 5 users could use 142 each. The allowance is topped up automatically every month if you are on a paid plan. Unused hours will expire at the end of your monthly billing cycle. Be sure to make the most of them before your next billing period starts!
