What is a topic?
A topic is a node in your knowledge tree. The center in your tree is the center-node. And all branches you create out from this leads to new topics.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle, then you are downgraded to the free Basic plan. You retain access to content, but Basic plan limits apply.
Why do I need to pay?
Premium subscriptions are Emberly's sole revenue, ensuring no ads or data selling. This model allows us to focus on building a useful tool and maintain user privacy.
Who processes Emberly orders?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Your credit card details are safe with Paddle, and never touch Emberly servers.
