Dragoneye is a Zero-Shot Vision AI tool designed to help developers recognize and detect anything in images and videos using simple, plain English input. Unlike traditional computer vision solutions, Dragoneye requires no training data and allows for instant model deployment. Users can describe the objects they want to detect—from "walk sign" to specific animals or vehicles—and the model is customized and deployed in seconds. The platform offers pre-configured Model Templates (Animal, Food, Vehicles, Plants, Electronics, Sports) to jumpstart AI model creation. Integration is made easy with simple Python and Node SDKs, enabling fast prototyping and production shipping. Dragoneye focuses on providing custom vision understanding models quickly without the need for extensive training data.

How does the $10 upfront credit work?
When you sign in to the Playground for the first time, you receive $10 in credits to start using the API immediately.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Once your credits are depleted, you can easily add more credits to your account in the Settings page of the Playground. You maintain complete control over your spending.
How is video processing calculated?
Pricing is based on video duration and frame rate. The base rate of $0.046 per minute applies to processing at 1 FPS. Higher frame rates scale the cost proportionally.
What's included in the Scaled tier?
The Scaled tier offers volume-based pricing discounts for high-volume usage, access to our bespoke model finetuning feature (Beta), and priority support.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes! You can start with the Pay-as-you-go tier and upgrade to Scaled pricing as your needs grow. Contact us when you're ready to discuss volume pricing options.
Do you offer refunds on unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable but never expire. You can use them at your own pace without worrying about losing your investment. Contact us for enterprise agreements on Scaled tier.
Is there a free trial?
We provide $10 upfront credit when you sign up for the Playground. You can explore all features, test the API, and build custom models without any additional commitment.
