• Vendor and Contractor Management: Proven experience managing external vendors and contractors, with a focus on optimizing performance, streamlining collaboration, and ensuring quality outcomes.

• Strong understanding of technology solutions and work process development, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Jira and Salesforce is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and automation tools (Salesforce, Monday, Zapier/Make, Jira) is a plus.

• Manage day-to-day operations across the plaintiff team, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and timely delivery of case support and services.

• Oversee process implementation and continuously refine operational workflows to minimize bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

• Define, build, and enhance business processes that support scalable operations for plaintiff lead generation, intake and onboarding.

• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for optimal efficiency and growth readiness.

• Work closely with legal consulting, R&D, Sales, and external vendor teams to ensure alignment with business goals and operational strategies.
