Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Radiology or Urology, with a focus on capital/software niche markets, preferably in prostate cancer diagnostics and treatments

Other Requirements:

  • Must be used to travel, with a willingness and desire to travel constantly (up to 60%)

  • Documented success as a top-tier sales executive in previous sales positions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proven history of the ability to make independent decisions and lead negotiations

  • Previous experience communicating with Urologists, Radiologists, and Oncologists, along with knowledge of the prostate cancer treatment landscape and sales cycles

  • Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with senior leadership

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • High comfort level with software and technology, in general

Responsibilities:

  • Translate training and education into successful sales of products, with a strong focus on OnQ Prostate

  • Develop creative strategies for all existing and potential accounts within a specified zone, targeting urologists, radiologists, and oncologists involved in prostate cancer treatment

  • Generate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for assigned zone

  • Establish and maintain relationships with all contacts at qualified accounts through customer visits, letters, phone calls, LinkedIn, attendance at symposiums/trade shows, etc.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle (including presentation, evaluation, contract negotiation and close, delivery, installation, and after-sale support). Prepare necessary documents for requested proposals (including quotes, answering technical questions with the help of the internal team, etc.)Develop a regular pattern of contacting customers and stay knowledgeable regarding the status of each account and market. Leverage existing client relationships to effectively influence other accounts and promote upgrade/upsell business, focusing on OnQ Prostate solutions. Share account information with colleagues throughout the globe to stimulate team selling. Conduct accurate sales forecasts and provide data for annual budget planning. Develop a creative 12-month sales strategy in alignment with Cortechs.ai corporate strategy. Stay updated on clinical advancements, product updates, and research related to OnQ Prostate and communicate these developments effectively to customers. Maintain a professional and innovative image of Cortechs.ai with customers, competitors, and colleagues. Monitor own costs and propose potential savings
