Beauty.AI 2.0 is the first international beauty contest judged by artificial intelligence. Humans submit selfies through a mobile app, adhering to rules like no makeup, no beard, and no glasses. A robot jury, consisting of algorithms developed by biogerontologists and data scientists, examines the photos to evaluate criteria linked to human beauty and health, such as wrinkles, face symmetry, skin color, gender, age group, and ethnicity. Data scientists can also submit their own algorithms to join the robot jury. The project aims to use machine learning advances to gain vital medical information from photos and find ways to slow down aging, helping people look healthy and beautiful. It leverages deep learning, symbolic learning, and massive semantic analysis.
