Can I cancel my monthly or yearly plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time based on our cancelation policy.
Am I charged for any video created?
You can create and generate as many videos as you like. Only published videos count towards your video credits. You can read more here.
Am I charged per minute?
You are charged per second, and we don’t round up! If you use 35 seconds, we take 35 seconds.
Do my unused minutes roll over to the next month?
Minutes do not roll over from month to month. If you don’t use all of your minutes during a monthly billing period, the remaining time will not be carried forward to the next month. You can purchase an annual plan and receive all minutes upfront.
Can I purchase additional minutes on my monthly or yearly plan?
To generate more videos, upgrade to the next tier or contact our sales team for a custom package.
Will I get my full minute allowance for the year if I pay for a yearly subscription?
Yes, upon payment, your account will be credited with the full subscription minutes package.
Can I freeze my plan?
You can freeze your plan for up to 2 months. Reach out to support@hourone.ai for help.

Is there a time limit to the Free account?
Free accounts are available for users with a business email, without any expiration date or time limit. The only limit is the 3 mins publishing time.
